Peters teaching method is very enjoyable and he also relates them to everyday scenarios. He makes the class a fun and enjoyable class to be apart of, he makes sure that the whole class is interactive and understands why an object went to a certain tariff classification. Well my Tariff experience has surprised me, Peter has been able to make an unenjoyable subject a class I looked forward to each week. You have a fun approach to learning with great practical examples I walked out with fresh knowledge every lesson. – Brittany
Even after travelling to work for over an hour, enduring an 8 hour shift of work, you don't think that you will have the energy & the mind set to sit for another 3 hours to learn how to Classify goods. Not only does he teach the unit, he grasps the concept mixing in humour and realistic examples that get your mind thinking outside the box. He made an absolutely boring unit become one of my favourite classes out of the year and half course I have completed so far. Peter is a great example, a teacher who strives to help their students succeed. He is hardworking and dedicated and filled with character. – Affy
You have to be a mad man to think you can teach a subject like Tariff classification to a group of students who have just finished 8-10 hours of work, and Peter is just that. He teaches in a way that is fun, engaging and managed to resonate with the whole class. Not only did he make the subject enjoyable, he gave practical examples to be used in every day scenarios. The information was presented . You explained things in plain English (eg you dumbed it down for us cause we are new to the industry). The class was active - everyone had to be involved so we learnt as one, bouncing ideas off each other. Learning was made exciting, so things actually sunk in. - Tony
